No!! She is not trying to drive.

Her sole aim is to survey her kingdom.

Or peep into my flat.

So that she knows when the food is ready for her.

You see the vehicle is very well placed facilitating a clear view inside my kitchen.

The other day one of the odd jobbers had sat  on the same scooty to take a good look at himself in the rear view mirror.

Within seconds he was told to vacate the seat by the owner – the upper floor residents.

But not Maasi. I have written about her earlier. She is the elder sister of Kali.

Noone tells her to get lost.

So she settles down more comfortably and sun bathes with ease.

Or wait patiently for her afternoon meal.

Evenings too…

They have adopted me – Maasi and Kali – the way they have the scooty.
