Well! Well! Well!

There goes the bell

Time to excel

Or is it the Death Knell ?

For Happy Hours tell

Life’s gonna be Hell

Pick, Push , Propel

To possess the coveted Grail

Life’s a Challenge swell

So precious and crucial

To prove You can do as well

Beyond the prejudged Level

Or is it just a Battle?

Of greed and forsaken Will?

No one need foretell

Just surge ahead and sail

smooth or sink and fail

Victory or Funeral

In the end its a mere struggle

With your clone, the inner Devil

Well ! Well! Well!

Echoes the Jingle Bell

  2. Hmmm. Dealing with the issue of self-belief entangled with the apprehensions of life in a poetic way. Quite impressive and thought-provoking.

Underneath the innocent jingle of the poem, there lies that dark and profound truth about the battle with the inner demons, the chaos within our soul. Your verse is stark, solemn yet profoundly honest and thought provoking..
